Marketing qualification as a path to achieving the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises

Since the end of the eighties, Algeria has been seeking to build a more liberal economic policy that gives market forces their place in managing the wheels of the economy. After the governmental authorities were able to establish their first steps in the field of construction once again, they raise the challenge to continue this developmental path to enter into a new phase by entering the rehabilitation programs of small and medium enterprises in order to prepare them for a more competitive environment, by adapting their strategies related to various fields, especially management, starting with From production, accounting, human resources and marketing.
