Issue Editorial:

Dear Readers, Researchers, and Those Interested in Scientific and Academic Affairs,

With great pride and honor, the Editorial Board of the "Queen Arwa University Journal" presents to you the twenty-ninth issue of your peer-reviewed scientific journal. This issue represents an extension of the university's academic mission and its firm approach to supporting the march of scientific research and disseminating solid knowledge that touches upon contemporary issues and responds to societal and developmental challenges.

This issue is distinguished by a unique diversity and richness in its topics and research paths; where efforts have converged to provide valuable scientific contributions distributed across the fields of health, educational, psychological, administrative, and economic sciences, extending to strategic and linguistic studies. We have been keen to approve research that adopts rigorous scientific methodologies and offers innovative solutions and critical insights serving both local and international communities.

In the medical and community health sector, this issue pays immense attention to public health issues in Yemen. It includes vital studies highlighting the "Prevalence of Stunting and Associated Risk Factors among Primary School Children" in Sana'a, and the "Nutritional Status of Children in Orphanages." It also features an important pharmaceutical study sounding the alarm on "Non-Prescription Antibiotic Use and Misuse," reflecting the journal's commitment to shedding light on issues that directly affect the health security of the community.

On the educational and psychological sciences front, the issue illuminates pivotal aspects of the educational environment, starting with an analysis of "Decision-Making Styles and Their Relationship to Perfectionism and Ambiguity Tolerance among Faculty Members," moving to an exploration of the "Level of Social Interaction among Kindergarten Children," and concluding with measuring the "Impact of the Creative Bird Teaching Method on Achievement and the Development of Creative Characteristics" among school students.

In the economic and administrative field, the issue presents contemporary analytical readings by diagnosing the "Role of Knowledge Economy in Bridging the Digital Divide" as applied to the case of Yemen, and exploring the "Role of Human Resource Management Practices in Implementing Total Quality Principles" in Islamic microfinance institutions. This enhances a profound understanding of development requirements and the elevation of institutional performance.

Furthermore, this release does not overlook strategic and linguistic aspects. It offers a political and economic reading of the "Belt and Road Initiative and its Impact on Arab-Chinese Relations," and is adorned with a specialized Quranic linguistic research paper dealing with the "Pragmatic Analysis of the Performative Speech Act of Imperative Based on the Arabic Text of Surah Luqman."

In conclusion, the Editorial Board extends its profound thanks and immense gratitude to all the researchers who enriched this issue with their distinguished intellectual efforts. We also thank our colleagues, the advisory board members and reviewers, whose rigorous scientific evaluations played the greatest role in refining these works and bringing them to this prestigious academic level. We reaffirm that the pages of the Queen Arwa University Journal will always remain an open platform for every serious pen and enlightened mind striving to serve knowledge and the renaissance of the nation.

May God grant us success,

The Editorial Board of Queen Arwa University Journal
