The reality of rehabilitation of small and medium enterprises in Algeria

Abstract

Given the importance of the rehabilitation of small and medium enterprises in Algeria,  in view of their contribution to the economic and social development,  has become a search for a mechanism suitable according to the contexts and systems of scientific development and encouragement of institutions ;  to enable them to interact and seize the opportunities should be mandatory, the success of such institutions requires the will of the administrative encouraged to adapt and adjustment of durable and multi-dimensional, which copes with bets Strategic them and that they lead to determine the axes of development over a certain time frame for the small and medium enterprises, especially those that are the subject of rehabilitation, and then design a plan addressed to achieve a professional all the institutions designed to erase differences competitiveness between institutions Algerian and foreign counterparts or bring it closer to the limits of the concession.
           Where the aim of this research;  is to highlight the reality of rehabilitation and its importance in the face of challenges and difficulties facing small and medium enterprises in Algeria, and to show methods and programs that can be adopted in these institutions when applying for rehabilitation, the latter which has become a key factor to gain competitive edge and bet strategically to ensure the continuity of this institutions.
