Increasing corrosion problems harmful for carboniferous iron coater Aluminized in the industry as because aluminum membrane protection is not sufficient that the lack of solidity aluminum and its alloys.
So it is necessary to stimulate the process of orientation towards increased corrosion resistance by Finding new ways : - to simplify , surfaces and the surface treatment of iron and its alloys.
The study aims to test the effect of the oxidation process in a micro arc method on the increase solidity and a protection property for carboniferous iron coater Aluminized In conditions of corrosion mechanical friction in the circles of H2S. Several experiments have been done to determine: - the relationship of durability adhesion strength and thickness of membrane , the extent of the impact of tensile stresses on different samples crash, to what extent Oxidizing membranes are affected resistance (fatigue + corrosion fatigue) in various circles and the extent of the impact angle and flow speed on the corrosion samples. . The results showed that the oxidation process in a micro arc provides integrated protection for carboniferous iron coater Aluminized the accompanying: (reduction of the corrosion rate, increasing the durability of adhesion strength, increased solidity) and the best use of them is using the thermal gas flame method.
