The issue of the Arab media cannot but be part of the backward and rigid Arab reality, which is incapable even of absorbing new data or even representing it and dealing with it.
When the communications revolution completed its scientific and technical framework at the end of the last century with rapid developments, foremost of which were computer systems and the Internet, this stormy revolution became the general framework that constituted comprehensive control over the course of public life. Al-Arabi reflects at the time the life of the Arab nation, which was suffering under the complete darkness of ignorance, disease and backwardness, so that it was unable to benefit from the positive aspects of the colonial occupation perching on its countries at that time.
