The study also examines precise Quranic terms for the succession of day and night (like takwir and ilaj), highlighting their cosmic and rhetorical significance.
The research emphasizes the night as a preferred time for worship and its connection to pivotal events like the Isra (Night Journey) and the revelation of the Quran. Conversely, it clarifies how night was a time for divine punishments upon disbelieving nations.
