Developing the concept of investment in private higher education

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the reality of investment in higher education and its relationship to the currently available demand. Considering that higher education is the third stage of the education system, and is affected by the efficiency and capabilities of this system and the outputs it provides to the labor market.

The research seeks to clarify the investment opportunities available according to the data and statistics available from field and educational surveys, as well as annual statistics. This paper also highlights the privileges that investors in Yemen receive according to the Investment Law and its amendments, while providing estimates of the demand for the requirements of the educational process to enable investors to enter it.
