Abstract

The university is considered one of the most important social upbringing institutions that the community relies on to build individuals capable of advancing it and assuming its responsibilities. In the early eleventh century, the main task of the university was to teach students, then scientific research alongside education became one of the main tasks of universities.

After World War II, the university was required to contribute to building society and providing assistance to it, either directly through community programs, or indirectly by graduating qualified personnel. This great role of the university is evident in various sectors of society such as industry, agriculture, and services.

In order for the university to carry out these tasks to the fullest, a set of factors must be provided, such as efficient professors, curricula, and resources. This paper aims to address the methods used in the educational preparation of higher education professors, with a focus on the ergonomic method, as the researcher believes it is the most comprehensive, successful and effective.
