The turn over of man power considers to be one of the major problems which face each enterprise in their way for the stability of labour and to increase the production in one side and to increase the specialty in the training to another .
The Nhrain international chemical company faced this problem during these last years, and tried to solve it by increasing job vacancy in their productive departments in order to decrease the negative effects of the ratio of turn over of the man power.
