Abstract

In the last decade of the twentieth century, educational institutions tended to build diverse models to serve the purposes of the educational institution and social development. Universities in developed countries have proven the effectiveness of these models in achieving development goals through practical application. In contrast, universities in developing countries, including Yemen, face many challenges in building these effective models.
This research aims to build four models to determine the effectiveness of university administration in developing the specialized skills and knowledge of workers in social institutions, solving problems facing the production and service process, and achieving development goals in local communities. These models were adopted as criteria for evaluating the current role of university administration.
This research is of great importance, as it provides valuable information about the steps of building models, which benefits researchers and specialists in this field. Researchers also hope that Yemeni universities will benefit from these models to enhance their role in achieving community development goals.
